SUGGESTED USE: We suggest two capsules per day, one in the morning and one in the evening.
If you desire appetite control, we suggest taking it 20-60 minutes before meals.
We suggest taking BrighterDay for periods of 8 to 12 weeks, followed by a break for half that many weeks.
Usually, the suggested amount above is sufficient. However, some people may benefit from a higher amount, 3 or 4 capsules a day, which, if desired, we suggest working up to gradually. Note that higher amounts of the ingredient 5HTP can also increase the likelihood of side effects (i.e. stomach discomfort, nausea, muscle aches), and like any supplement, you should not continue use if you are experiencing unpleasant side effects. In general, if you'd like to use it in greater than the suggested amount or for longer periods of time, we recommend that you check with your doctor.
